Amazing photographic material set including a Leica M3 camera with original leather case and various accessories, all of them in good condition. The camera was made in 1961 and has serial number 1025028. It is well preserved and works. The camera comes with its fine reddish brown leather case, signed and in quite good condition. Inside the case there is a compartment where five original filters are stored. They are also well preserved and ready to be used.As stated before, this camera is a Leica M3. It is a very special model that started being produced in 1954 by Ernst Leitz GmbH from Germany. The M3 included several new features to the Leica, such as the combination of viewfinder and rangefinder in one bright window. It was the most popular model of the M series. The Leica M3 also included the bayonet lens mount for the first time, a much faster system than the classic screw mount.
