This exceptional camera is a Leica IIIf, a historic machine with a nice and small compact design. The camera is in excellent condition and has been thoroughly cleaned and fine-tuned. It provides an excellent operation and its working order is guaranteed. The camera comes with a set of accessories and different devices that enhance its operation. All the set is stored into the original leather case that preserves the lock and the key. It is a very complete set that includes three objectives.The Leica IIIf was first launched in 1950. It was an evolution of the Leica IIId and its launching was almost a revolution in the photography field. The camera was very remarkable because of its small and confortable design that let the user carry it everywhere. On the other hand, its performance is as good as its predecessors or even better. The Leica IIIf was so successful that for two years after launched it could only be purchased on backorder. Among other new features, this camera includes flash synchronization.The model we can see in these images bears the serial number 722581 engraved at the top, together with the manufacturers name and the brand logo. The camera comes with three objectives: - Summar f=5 cm 1:2. Nº 387492 - Hektor f= 35 cm. Nº 486373 - Elmar f=9 1:4. The serial number is erased. The case also contains a cable release, some filters, a viewer and chargers, and also metal sleeves for film rolls and a leather strap. Strap latches are broken. The case is in very good condition: it is made of real reddish brown leather and keeps all the charm of vintage articles from the middle of the 20th century.This set of Leica IIIf camera with accessories and original case will be the object of desire of any lover of photography.
