Moreover the big magnifying glass that rests over the lenses turns it into a great study and investigation device. The stereoscopes frame is made of solid mahogany wood, very well preserved and with a delicate satin finish. It has a rectangular base where the device can be folded and kept when it is not in use. It also mounts an adjustable foot that lets the stereoscope stand up as if it were a bookstand. It is possible to adjust the devices inclination in order to be view the photographs or use the glass in the most comfortable way.
