Antique bellows camera original from the late 19th century, in great condition and with its original old-time case. The camera is very well preserved and in working order thought it has not been tested. It comes with two frames for the film too. All its component parts and pieces are original and remain in conditions of use. The cameras body is made of small mahogany wooden pieces carefully assembled; the wood is well preserved and its beauty turns this item into a very decorative piece. The storing case is original too and remains complete, with no relevant flaws. The camera mounts a fine golden brass lens, in good condition and with an engraved scale indicating the degree of openness (with F being the maximum degree). It is fully original and well preserved. The bellows is also in amazing condition, with no torn parts or signs of wear; it can be easily folded and unfolded, making it possible to precisely focus the image. The camera also keeps the original metal hinges, locks and handle that let its owner fold it and carry it comfortably. Together with the camera we find two wooden frames designed to hold the film so it can be fitted inside the cameras back. Once fitted, the light will fix the images on the film. As stated before, the camera and the frames can be stored in the original suitcase, a flexible container covered with fabric and with leather reinforcements and strips. The handle is missing and the strips are worn, but the case is still perfect to store the camera and its accessories. Complete and evocative, this antique bellows camera takes us to the glory days of photography pioneers.
