Fantastic 16 mm film projector brand Lytax Klangton, manufactured in Germany in the 30's of XXth. Century. This is an original piece that combines functionality and rareness. The projector is displayed with its original wooden box, accompanied by some accessories. It is in very good condition but does not work electrically, which is probably due to the transformer. At the base of the projector there is a metal printed plate , which shows the company name and the inscription Klangton Lytax - TYPE: SP 40 - Nr: 42397, probably the serial number. Both the general surface of black metal, the details and even the bulb are in good condition. The lens shows this inscription: Kinon Superior f-5 cm Meyer Gorlitz No 151735. In addition, on the base there is a small nickel plate with the German words "Schnell Durschalten." Inside the box we also find a connector cable and a transformer. The wooden lid of the box has the feature of becoming a manual winder, just fixing on it the two winders that come with the projector. In addition, on the table we can also see a label on which we can still read part of this inscription: Ruys Runsthandlung - KREFELD RH - Adolf Hitlerstrasse 30 - Fernruf 23202. This is an original label of the 30's, with the possible direction of an art dealer or distributor. The projector is in very good condition, although it does not work electrically. The original box is somewhat worn, and one side of the leather handle for carriage is broken. The rear wall is damaged but not completely torn out. The box is made of solid wood and has dovetail joints. Although it has some flaws, the finish can be restored. It also bears two locking hooks and an attractive brass knob in a bathtub shape. The whole piece is unique and original, with lots of details that provide high aesthetic and historic interest. Projector measures: 460 mm height x 380 mm wide.
