Lot of 20 Stereoscopic Plates on Glass size 6x13. 1ST GM. France, 1914-18

Stunning set of 20 stereoscopic glass plates with images and sceneries from World War I. This item is original from the early 20th century (circa 1920) and comes in its original box. The plates and the packaging are in excellent condition and look really well preserved. The plates measure 60 x 130 mm and can be watched with a proper stereo viewer. They reflect moments of the content, sceneries where the battles took place and scenes of soldiers, civilians, etc. This is surely a unique and exceptional document that shows those convulse times. The box where the plates are stored is made of blue cardboard with a label on the cover. The label bears the printed manufacturers name, the place of making (Paris) and a brief description of the content. This set of stereoscopic plates will delight every lover of history-related antiques. Measurements: 60 x 130 mm.
