Amazing vintage Angelus Chronodato 18K gold wristwatch, made in Switzerland in 1947 and in excellent condition. The watch works fine and shows an impeccable aesthetic, with a classic and timeless design which gains attractive as years go by. The case is made of gold and bears the engraved brand name in the rear cap, together with the serial number 233203. Inside we find the 18K gold mark which certifies its quality. The dial is a spectacular piece, with matt silvery finish and triple calendar. It mounts lance-type hands and Arab numerals, probably made of gold too. The slim arrow-shaped white hand points at the days of the month, situated at the dial’s perimeter.

The windows located at the 12 and 6 positions show the month and the day of the week, both in Spanish. The dial also bears the printed brand name ANGELUS and the model, Chronodato. The dial located to the right is a chronometer with an adjustment up to 45 minutes. The one to the left is the secondary hand. The strap is not the original one, but it is a high-quality buffalo-leather piece.
