Ignaz Sebastian Klauber (1753, Augsburg - 1817, St. Petersburg) was the most famous member of a well-known family of writers and editors of Fine Arts in Augsburg, Germany. He first studied with his father, later, he went to Rome and then to Paris to study with Johann Georg Wille. He was accepted into the Academy of Paris and shortly thereafter became Graveur du Roi, but returned to Augsburg; during the French Revolution he moved to Nuremberg and finally, in 1796, St. Petersburg, where he became the recorder of the court and the director of the Academy of recorders. He probably died in St. Petersburg. On the other hand, the article presents a binding in dark brown, and Golden cuts. The leaves do not show any sign of deterioration, moisture, or oxidation. This concrete book is entrusted to Saint Joan Nepomuceno (1340-1393), canonized in 1729 by Pope Benedict XIII. It is the patron saint of Bohemia. According to the legend, he was Queen of Bohemias confessor and refused to break the vow of secrecy of confession. Juan Nepomuceno was the first saint to receive martyrdom to save the secret of confession, he is considered the protector against slander and because of his dead, he became the protector against flooding.Size: 21 cm high, 14 cm wide and 2.2 cm thick
