Below there is another inscription with the name of the manufacturing firm and the city where it was located: GRIMME, NATALIS & CO. AKTIENGELLENSCHAFT BRAUNSWEIGHT. The machines base is a plank made of solid walnut wood with milled edges. The cover is made of plywood covered by a nice golden and reddish wood veneer, probably mahogany. At one side there is a smart keyhole; the lock can be operated by the original key, beautiful and very decorative. Brunsviga brand emerged in 1892, when Grimme, Natalis & Co.
