Original case containing a set of 200 gramophone needles in excellent condition, complete and dated in the early 20th century. The case preserves the original paper seal and is very well preserved. The needles it contains are unused and make up a real collectors piece. The set comes from London and was commercialized by the Columbia Gramophone Company Ltd., a brand name printed on the case inside a beautiful logo in blue, white and golden tones. The case is made of enameled metal, and though the paint is slightly worn it is quite well preserved. The paper seal is in optimal condition, and just like the case it bears the model of the needles printed on it: SUPERBE. There is also another inscription printed in several places: USE EACH NEEDLE ONCE ONLY. Perfect to be mounted in an antique gramophone or to be shown as a collectors piece, these ancient needles make up a charming and beautiful item.
