The compilation that contains this album of 12 slate records for gramophone of 78 revolutions must be catalogued as a very interesting rarity in the history of the discographic recordings. These discs are in excellent state of preservation, being the album partially discolored by humidity although maintaining its rigidity intact, which does not affect the condition of the discs at all. It shows the Casa Diaz seal on its cover and includes a historical selection of European classical music, among which the six compilation discs of Schubert's Quintet in C in the magnificent interpretation of the London String Quartet stand out. No less curious is the version of Berlioz's Benvenuto Cellini Overture, a rarity with the magnificent interpretation of the Berlin Philharmonic and pieces by Igor Stravinsky with the composer himself at the piano. In short, a more than essential gem for collectors of historical recordings as well as for the lover of antiques.Contents of the discs:Disc 1:Belmont Hymh (1) and All in the April Evening (2).
