Elegant German Olympia Suitcase Gramophone in good condition. Working. 30's. Working

This nice suitcase gramophone is an original vintage piece made in the 1930s. It is a lovely musical reproducer in good condition that works wonderfully too. It has a silent motor and provides a clear and neat sound, letting its owner enjoy the nostalgic charm of the old gramophone records that became so popular in the first half of the 20th century. This gramophones design is compact and comfortable, making it very easy to handle and carry. The rectangular suitcase contains the motor, the turntable and the rest of the pieces needed to play the records.Behind the turntable we can see the compartment designed to store the mentioned pieces: the crank and the arm with the reproducer. All these elements are in great condition, with the chromed metal looking shiny and even. They also provide an impeccable operation. Inside the cover, at the bottom we can see the remains of a label with the brand name and logo: OLYMPIA. The sticker is red and golden and is almost complete. It is a very attractive detail with its classic lettering standing in front of a beautifully drawn discobolus.Justo ver the label there is a threaded axe with a screwed end designed to support the records and so store them safely and comfortably. The cover can be opened and held by a metal tie bar located on the back right corner. Outside the suitcase is covered by black faux leather, in quite good condition. The case also preserves the metal corner reinforcements that provide this gramophone with a touch of authenticity. The carrying handle and the solid suitcase lock are also original.
