Excelda Swiss Travel Gramophone from the 30's. Beautiful device in perfect working condition and magnificent conservation. Of small dimensions we can find all the necessary parts to obtain the reproduction of a beautiful melody. The travel gramophones are characterized for being of reduced size, but, using the same pieces and with a mechanics similar to the normal ones. This model presents a horizontal structure that collects a plate of small dimensions and a detachable arm to be able to guard it. The discs, the same as for a normal model, are placed on top of the device protruding from its contour. The small black leather case is in very good condition. It has a top handle with the name of the brand that allows its transport, where slight marks of use are shown. Its mechanics are smooth and the sound is clean, something to take into account if we want to listen to music from the first day. This Swiss portable device imitated the shape of the Kodak Autographic camera. The first models are from the early 1920s, progressively developing new versions that included different colors such as red, green, blue, black and gray. A model that undoubtedly in its time was a boom in terms of technology and innovation that never goes out of fashion. Measures: 5 cm (height) x 12 cm (width) x 28 cm (length).
