Suitcase Gramophone, His Master's Voice, Mod. 102, 1930s.

Precious Suitcase gramophone brand HMV (His Master's Voice) model 102, manufactured in the 30's. It is a real luxury model, in perfect state of preservation, lined in leather in original bluish color. It is in an impeccable aesthetic condition, with no apparent scratches, even the handle is perfect. When closed it looks like a simple suitcase, but by opening the upper part you can access the mechanism of an incredible gramophone. In one of the sides we can see the crank that starts the mechanism. All the necessary parts for the reproduction of the sound are housed in a space of reduced dimensions: the support to place the disc and the arm, with the chrome practically intact. It attaches speed control on one side, as well as the brake that allows you to stop the melody. It is an incredible device in which the smallest detail has been thought of, with the small hidden compartment in one of the corners of the case that allows the storage of the needles, or the tray to store the records that fits perfectly on top of the platter, and allows its transport in a comfortable and simple way. On the inside of the top cover you can see the logo of the brand: HIS MASTER VOICE, with the well-known Nipper puppy listening to a gramophone. Its sound is excellent, with a very quiet motor and magnificent working conditions.A gramophone in a totally exceptional state of preservation.
