Fantastic gramophone His Master's Voice for the German market. Circa 1925. His master Voice used the brand Gramophone in Germany, as it had previously used in England the brand Typewriter and in Spain it was called His Master's Voice. Actually the original name of the house is Victor. Brands such as His Master's Voice or His Masters Voice were brands for Europe, but the original U.S. brand was Victor. That said, I am pleased to present a fantastic Gramophone mantel gramophone, in perfect working condition. The machine is made of solid wood and is very heavy. It has a huge motor that runs smoothly and noiselessly. The front doors have brass knobs and the lid had a lock on it, although it is not present. The sound is clean and powerful. It has an original #4 HMV reproducer that sounds great. It measures 55 x 44 x 43 and weighs almost 30 kilos. A first class machine.
