Beautiful Spanish phonograph or gramophone, fully restored and in good working order, manufactured by the Hispania house, located in Bisbe Street, 11 Valencia. The gramophone mounts a large red horn and golden nerves in good condition that has been adapted to the arm and adjusts well. The dyed beech wood box features marquetry ornaments made of lemongrass, ebonized wood and a centerpiece of mother of pearl. The lobulated corners are also made in beech wood and at the same time, they act as legs of the phonographs box. All the chromed parts are in original and good condition. The engine is very quiet and works very well. It mounts a German Odeon reproducer, original of period and in very good state of conservation. The plate has been adapted and adjusted from another machine and works perfectly. The wood is in very good condition and the case is large, 43 x 43 cms. (16,9 x 16,9 inches). As we say, horn and plate have been adapted but in general it presents a very nice and functional set, being a phonograph that plays very well, with a very nice sound, crisp and loud and with a good price.Includes records, needles and a stroboscope for fine-tuning of speed.
