This gorgeous old-time device has been fully restored and looks really amazing, as beautiful as when it was originally made more than one hundred years old. The motor has also been cleaned and fine-tuned so now it works perfectly it provides a neat sound and a silent operation, making it possible to enjoy the nostalgic sound of turn-of-the-century music. The gramophone has a solid oak wooden box with a fine black finish that makes a great contrast with the light-colored side panels. The front panel is decorated with a delicate flower-shaped brass detail. The silvery-metal arm that holds the horn is connected to the original reproduced, made by the manufacturing company and with the embossed inscription AM APARATOS FONOGRÁFICOS MARCA RGISTRADA. The magnificent horn is connected to the other end of the metal arm: it is made of delicate rosewood planks and bears a lovely French-polish finish, perfectly restored too. As well as gramophones and phonographs, Serrano y Arpí also designed mobile shop windows equipped with rotating mechanisms that made it possible to show the products all around.
