Rare Leophon Portable Gramophone-Phonograph. Germany, Circa 1925

Rare Leophon portable gramophone - phonograph made in Germany circa 1925, fully original and in superb condition. The gramophone works really well and can be used to play old-time records, providing a great sound. The case is made of solid wood; it is finely preserved and boasts a gorgeous golden-brown color. Inside we find a decal with the brand name and logo, a lion lying on the ground on a red background and the word LEOPHON on top in white lettering. The decal is in great condition. We can also see a metal plate with the distributors name and location in capital letters. The reproducer bears the brand name and logo engraved on the metal surface, finely preserved too. Leophon is a very rare Brand; the gramophones once produced by them are really hard to find.
