Antique Pharmacy Scale, 1930s.

Amazing antique precision balance or scale for pharmaceutical use, made circa 1930 and in excellent condition. The balance is very precise and can be unbalanced just by the weight of a rolling paper sheet. Though being such an ancient piece, it is greatly preserved and works perfectly. It comes with an almost complete weigh and micro weigh sets (with tweezers). It also includes an antique brass bubble level, original from the period and in perfect condition too. The balances base is a lovely solid mahogany box with front drawer and white-marble top; both the wood and the marble are beautifully preserved. This piece stands on three small adjustable legs, each one with its corresponding wooden base. The balances mobile component parts are made of silvery metal and brass; together with the wood and the lovely white marble these metals create an outstanding piece, as gorgeous as precise.
