Fine vintage spectroscope in good condition made in the 1960s-70s, finely preserved. This is an original and functional item, very probably designed for educational purposes. The device preserves all the lenses but the central prism is missing; this piece can be easily replaced by a new one.This instruments, also known as spectrographs or spectrometers, are used to measure the properties of the light emitted by a concrete source aiming to identify different materials. The item that we can see in the photographs is made of cast iron and silvery metal and includes a tripod with height-regulation screw, original from the time and in great condition too.
