Antique precision weighing scale for laboratory or pharmacy, made circa 1920 and in very good condition. It is complete and works really fine, showing a high sensibility; it can be unbalanced by a simple cigarette paper. The weighing scale is protected by the original mahogany and glass urn, with side doors which make it possible to reach the pans and front sash door. This door has several props which can keep it open in different positions. The urn stands on adjustable legs to level the scale to the millimeter. The scale comes with a set of weighs and micro-weighs in their original wooden box. The set is almost complete and only one or two pieces are missing. The micro-weighs are stored in their own case and come with tweezers for their manipulation. This antique precision weighing scale for laboratory or pharmacy is a gorgeous and charming item which could still be used to weight the ingredients of a formula.
