This amazing bronze mantel set, composed of a fine clock and a couple of twin candelabra, is an exclusive piece made in France in the 19th century. It is a beautiful item with striking filigree metalwork, in very good condition. The clock works fine too: it is a pendulum model whose mechanism has been fine-tuned to guarantee an impeccable performance. The three pieces stand out for their excellent condition and its classic and baroque aesthetic, with a high decorative potential. The clock is the main piece of the set. It is a mantel design with circular face made of white porcelain and bronze. It bears black Roman numbers and iron hand of the same color. Between the numbers we can appreciate small bronze details, delicate and nice. The three pieces stand on black-lacquered wooden bases that provide them with presence and personality the lacquered wood is in wonderful condition and its deep black color makes an elegant contrast with the shiny bronze. The clocks box boasts an elaborate design full of volutes, curves and details. At the top there is a vase-shaped crowning piece embellished with many symmetrical branches that create a charming golden lace-like effect. The same design appears in the lovely candelabra: in this case, the vase-shaped piece stands between the base and the arms. Each candelabrum has four arms and five lights, one of them in the center of the piece. It is higher than the rest and has its corresponding lid.
