Fantastic French pendulum clock in bronze and marble. Chime. 1880.

Extraordinary garniture in fantastic condition and working order. Made in red marble and with bronze appliques. It has an 8 day winding Paris machinery that works like a charm and gives the hours and half hours. The machinery is signed by the famous watchmaker Japy Freres. The dial is also made of red marble and has Roman numerals. It is signed. The pendulum has serial numbers coinciding with the machinery, so it is the original factory pendulum, something extremely rare after more than a century, as they used to get lost. Everything on the clock is original, including the front and back crystals. The set is large in size. The candlesticks measure 50 x 20 x 20 x 20 xms. The clock measures 49 x 34 x 19 cm. The total weight is 19 kilos.
