Empire type clock in gilt and blued bronze. 1820

Fantastic pendulum mantle clock in mercury gilded and blueing bronze made in the first third of the nineteenth century. The state of preservation is excellent. Both, the blueing and gilt is in an excellent state. The figure is topped by a classical figure in mint condition. It has Roman numeral. It has a silk thread movement that has been checked by an expert in Paris movement and it in perfect working condition, that strikes every hour and half hour. The clock measures 57 cms in height, 33 cm wide and 14 cm deep (22.2 x 12.9 x 5.5 inches).
