Gorgeous vintage HAC mantel clock with barometer, coming from Germany and dated in the 1960s. This superb piece stands out for its beautiful design and good working order: the clocks movement is in excellent condition, and once wound up it can run for more than one week. On the other hand, the barometer seems to be in good condition too the hand moves and changes it position but we cannot guarantee its precision. This pieces design stands out for its original and elegant look; it is composed of a solid beech wooden base on which the two devices stand. They are both circular in shape, with the boxes made up by curved wooden pieces joined together. They are equal in shape and size, connected by a small turned central wooden rod and a top brass rod that acts as a handle too. The clock is at the left and has white-enameled dial with black Roman numerals and straight hands. On the other hand, the barometer mounts a beautiful porcelain dial with a central opening that lets us see the movement. The clocks movement bears the engraved HAC logo, two crossed arrows. For its gorgeous design, fine personality and good working order, this vintage HAC mantel clock with barometer deserves to occupy a very special place in a stylish room.
