Lovely French portico clock with four columns in ebonized wood, finished in ebony tone, and mercury gilded bronze sconces. In excellent condition and working order, its year of manufacture is around 1860. It has an hour and half-hour chime and comes with its key. The dial is surrounded by bronze decoration, also gilded with mercury, representing vegetal motifs. The hour numerals are Roman numerals. The enamel is in an impressive state of preservation, with a surface free of cracks and hairs. The machinery is signed by the brand Vincenti & Cie - Medaille d'Argent and plays hours and half hours. It is a Paris-type 8-day winding machinery. Its contrasts also indicate the denomination of the Paris marketing house, Roblin jewelry and watchmaking. The pendulum is also gilded with mercury gilding and following the same ornamental line. The whole has a very neat finish, with a shiny lacquer on the wood and a bright gold color on the metal that enhances its beauty. It is, therefore, a clock that does not go unnoticed in any room. Measurements: 46 cms (height), 24,5 cms (width), 14 cms (depth).
