The case is a solid oak wooden box containing different dental tools, all of them in very good condition. Otherwise, the rest of the set is complete and makes up highly interesting historic article, worthy to belong to a great collection of medical or military antiques. The set is composed of different tools, all made of steel and very well preserved. Inside the case we can see a tray that displays a series of hand probes designed to explore the teeth. There are also two dental mirrors. The bottom of the tray and the box are covered with paper sheets with the printed shapes of every tool. This way the dentist can place the tools in their right position and will immediately notice if there is any piece missing. Inside the box we can see the tweezers and suction tools. The lids inner face is covered with a paper sheet where we can read a complete description of the tools in German. This is a detailed lists of all the pieces contained in the set, with their corresponding names and numbers. At the right top corner there is a logo depicting a snake around a scepter or torch with a crown on top. The market name, AESCULAP, is printed with the logo. Last but not least, the case itself looks great: the oak wood shows off its fine golden brown color and deep veneer in striking condition.
