Antique rectangular wooden case, which opens by means of a double front hook. It is a small and very handy case, which houses in its interior the medical utensils necessary for a surgeon in times of campaign. With such a small size it is perfectly transportable in moments when there is not much time. The lower part, lined with red velvet, has slits and a black rubber on one side, which facilitate the attachment of forceps, scalpels, needles... On the inside of the lid, by means of a very original wooden fastening, the saw is placed, which is thus perfectly distributed, occupying as little space as possible. On one side of the lid appear the letters of the manufacturer's brand: A.
