All the pieces are perfectly distributed into the box and are held by a small metal plate, so they do not fall when we the case is opened. The utensils are completely ergonomic, so they can be easily handled in such delicate moments. Each detail has been considered in this incredible surgery case; the handle of some utensils even have small grooves so they cannot slip. Inside the box there are two small white plates with the name of the company: Mayer & Meltzer, and its location: London, Melbourne & Cape Town. Al the instruments have the name of the brand engraved: Meyer & Meltzer, which mean that they are truly original pieces. And even more: there is no one missing!
