Lovely couple of antique porcelain pharmacy vases, made in Spain circa 1900-1930 and in very good condition. The porcelain shows no hairlines, flaws or worn parts and preserves its whiteness and integrity in all their glory. Though being so ancient and fragile, both vases have survived to our days amazingly preserved. They show off a very classic and attractive design they are cylindrical in shape and have porcelain lids, crowned by a knob that acts as a handle. At the front side of each vase we can see a big hand-painted label with a square red, black and golden frame containing inscriptions in black capital letters. One of them reads UNG. POPULEO, and the other, POMAT CAMPHOR. At the vases base and edges (and at the lids edges too) we can see the furnace mark, a brownish shade typical of artisanal porcelain items caused by the firing process. This fine couple of antique porcelain pharmacy vases is an exclusive piece for its authenticity, beauty and style. Dimensions: Width: 4.92 in / 12.5 cm. Height: 10.63 and 12 in / 27 and 28 cm.
