Antique medical surgery tool set by Arnold & Sons, made in England circa 1900 and in good condition. Though being more than one hundred years old, the set is amazingly preserved. At the boxs edge we can see an embedded plate with the engraved manufacturers name, ARNOLD & SONS, and another one with the address: WEST SMITHFIELD LONDON. Most of the tools bear the same name engraved in the metal surface, except for some piece which was added years ago to complete the set. The tools are made of steel and bear bone handles, all of them being in great condition. The storing case is made of mahogany wood and includes two trays with brass holders for the tools. The lock and the key are original and remain in working order, though the part embedded in the lid is missing. The lid has an embedded brass plate in the center and is reinforced with brass screws at the perimeter. Every collector of medical old-time pieces will appreciate the charm and the authenticity of this antique medical surgery tool set by Arnold & Sons, wonderfully preserved.
