Set of microscope samples original from the first half of the 20th century (1930s-40s) and coming from Germany. The set is composed of 100 glass plates with samples of different substances. The plates are all hand-numbered, labeled and listed. The samples are in great condition and can be perfectly watched with a microscope. The plates are properly organized in their original storing case; inside we find some grooved and numbered wooden pieces that make it possible to fit the samples in their place to keep them in good order. Inside the case there is also a numbered paper sheet with the hand-written description of the samples. The rigid cardboard case is outside covered by a black flexible material in good condition, except for a small damaged corner. The locks and the hinges are original and quite well preserved.
