Collection of 72 microscope slides from the pathology department of a hospital. The 20 x 11 x 8 cm case contains 12 trays and each of these trays contains 6 microscope slides dated in the 1950's: Nigraspora, Helminthosporium, Ensilage, Scopulariosis, etc. Each one looks different. I have only recognized the preparation of Escherichia coli bacteria, which I know is responsible for the proper state of our digestive system, but I know of no others. The collection is complete and all cultures and preparations are in perfect condition.
