Antique Watson Kima microscope made in England circa 1935 and in working order. This singular device is in fine condition and comes in its original mahogany case, also finely preserved and adapted to its particular features. The microscope works well and makes it possible to watch samples in full detail. It includes a rare eyepiece with an inner pointer, an interesting device with a lever and a needle to point at certain parts of the samples. It also mounts a two-lens revolving eyepieces and well-preserved rack-and-pinion system. The microscope preserves the original black-enameled finish in very good condition, regular and glossy. The turret bears the engraved manufacturers name, model and serial number (KIMA Watson & Sons Ltd. London 58313). The light-colored mahogany storing case contains the label with the microscopes data. The lock is original though no functional, and the key is missing. This antique Watson Kima microscope is a collectors piece for its singularity and attractive design. Dimensions: 6.9 in / 17.5 cm.
