British Pilot's Flight Helmet. Antique. England, Circa 1925

Antique British-pilots flighy helmet, probably made before WWII. This is an entirely original piece which was made in England circa 1925. The helmet is made of khaki-green sailcloth and has a bone-white lining inside. It comes with a set of communication headphones, also original from the time and in very good condition. The head-shaped stand is included. The helmet remains in very good condition and preserves all its parts, including the adjusting and rear straps. The belts and metal reinforcements are also original and well-preserved, just like the seams. The silvery-metal headphones mount a leather-covered headband and bear the engraved manufacturers and model namein both units: Brandes Superior BBC Matched Tone Made in England. The helmets inner lining bears the serial number C7091 printed in black ink. This strking antique British-pilots flight helmet made before WWII is a real collectors piece, in good condition and entirely original.
