Optician's lens case, circa 1900.

You are looking at a beautiful lens case manufactured around 1900 and was intended for opticians. The solid wood case guards several dozen lenses of various shapes and diopters, all in good condition. There are also some lenses for snow goggles. The case measures 37 x 30 x 7 cms. All lenses except those for blizzard goggles come in pairs. That is, two 20 diopter lenses, two 19 diopter lenses, two 18 diopter lenses and up to 0.25 diopter lenses. It dates from the late 19th to early 20th century, between 1890 and 1920.If you have a professional office, a display case with a small collection of original antique instruments will give the decoration a touch of distinction compared to other more anodized decorations.
