Wonderful antique binoculars made in France in the early 20th century, probably for military use. These binoculars were very likely to take part in the first big contents of the 20th century, World War I. They remain in good condition and preserve all their original component parts and pieces. The faux-leather material that once covered the binoculars drums is gone in three of the pieces, though it is still preserved in the fourth drum. Nevertheless, the lenses and eyepieces are in good condition so the binoculars can still be used. They come in their original leather case, still complete but showing clear signs of the trace of time, logical in a piece with such an interesting and powerful past.
