Antique optical-lens set made in the early 20th century, in excellent condition and with a great number of different types of lenses. The universal frame which comes with the lenses, used to mount the glasses for the eye-testing process, is newer than the case and its contents. The lens set is complete with the only exception of one of the convex models, which is missing. It includes special and rare lenses; for example, a lens to make blizzard-protection glasses. It also contains a double magnifying glass, also newer than the rest of the pieces. The lenses are mounted in metal frames with beautiful engraved and numbered tabs. The storing case is made of solid-oak wood and preserves the original lock; it is greatly preserved and inside it keeps the original white plates with the types of lenses and the magnification numbers. With a spectacular aesthetic and a clear charm, this antique optical-lens set from the early 20th century will be an object of desire for any collector. Dimensions: Width: 10.24 in / 26 cm.
