Decorative Victor Trade Scales. England, early 20th Century.

Decorative Victor Trade Scale, manufactured in England, at the beginning of the XX Century. It is a genuine balance with the body made in iron, seated on the two arms of oval base united in its central part. It consists of two equal arms, the right one formed by a metallic brass bowl where you would place what you want to weigh, and the left one formed by a circular flat structure, which would be where the different weights would be placed to know the exact weight. On the plate where the weights are placed is engraved the mark of the piece: VÍCTOR, ENGLAND. Attached is a complete set of bronze bell weights of: 1 pound, 8 ounces, 4 ounces, 2 ounces, 1 ounce, ½ ounce, ¼ ounce. They are very beautiful aesthetically and they are also complete! Something very much to keep in mind, as it is very common for some of these weights to be lost due to their use of the scale. The piece is completely genuine, it is in very good condition, both aesthetically and functionally, measuring perfectly. Beautiful piece with which to give an air of nostalgia to a kitchen.
