Novomat Slot Machine, 1.954.

Striking German Novomat slot machine made in 1954. It is in perfect condition and works like new. Novomat slot machine was invented and produced in Berlin by Günter Wulff, in the year 1954. This model has come to our days almost new, and comes with its original key to open the machine and a good quantity of 10-cent coins (Deutsch marks), so the user can play with them. The slot machine gives the jackpot payouts perfectly and it is a first class vintage item, decorative and functional. The machine consists of a wooden box with different kinds of veneer, color and laminated woods at the front and the sides. The wood is in good condition and keeps the original varnish. The front has a nice light color which combines perfectly with the darker reddish finish of the sides. At the front there are various metal mechanisms and accessories with a hammered finish. At the top we can see the slot for the coins, and just under it there comes the name of the machine (NOVOMAT) and another slot for devolutions. Just under these there is a plate with the different jackpots, and then the reels with the numbers. There is also another plate with the playing instructions, the model and the machines serial number (121262). Under this plate we can see the coin tray. On the left side we can see a plate with the model and the year of manufacturing, while on the right side rests the lever which operates the reels. Under this lever we can see an engraved number: 34904. If we open the machine we will reach the inside mechanisms, in quite good condition. At the inside of the rear there is an orange sheet of paper with a German text with the handling and maintenance instructions. This slot machine is therefore full of charm and history, and will delight any lover of curious and original vintage pieces. Measurements: 510 mm width x 710 mm height x 23 mm depth.
