Great set of 7 antique barbers razors in amazing condition and in their original case. The set was made in the early 20th century and contains a razor for each day of the week; the seven razors are identical in size and configuration. The blade´s spine of each razor bears a hand-engraved inscription with the name of a day of the week in English. The names are written in capital letters and embellished by delicate volutes. The razors blades are made of still and boast a strikingly good condition, with no signs of wear or rust; they are quite sharp and cut wonderfully. The place where each razor connects with its corresponding wooden handle bears an inscription with the German manufacturers name: J. A. HENCKEL SOLINGEN ZWILLINGSWERK, with a logo and the number 178. The razor's handles are made of natural lmaterial. The case is outside covered of reddish-brown leather, and of purple velvet and silk on the inside. The hinge of the case is made of the same silk fabric and it's worn, so the lid is almost detached, but the case closes well and the set is really attractive. This antique barbers razor set is an exclusive piece for every lover of delicate and elegant items. Measurements: Width: 18 cm. Depth: 20 cm.
