Antique Kitchen Scale with Weigh Set. Restored. Circa 1930

Great antique kitchen scale with weigh scale, restored and made circa 1930. This beautiful piece is entirely original from the time and has survived to our days in excellent condition. Its wonderful look is surely enhanced by the detailed restoration work it has been submitted to: currently the scale shows off a superb presence, elegant and clean. The metal body is covered by a burgundy enameled finish which makes a great match with the bright white beam and the shiny brass pans and indicator. The body bears an embossed inscription reading PORTEE MAX 5 KG. The brass pans bear several marks with capital letters. The weigh scale is preserved in its original oak-wooden stand. It is composed by brass weighs with a maximum og 500 g. and French engraved inscriptions.
