It is an original model from the 1940s that was made in Germany, a kind of piece very sough-after because its lovely presence and authenticity. It is made of black bakelite and it is designed to be hang on a wall. Its austere and rectangular shape, and the two metal bells located on top of the item turn it into a timeless design that nowadays is as beautiful as when it was manufactured. It is black and lets us see printed white numbers through its round openings. In the middle of the disk there is a white paper label with a particular phone number (probably the first owners one) and the police, firemen, reparations and information numbers. These numbers are composed of three digits each and are accompanied by nice descriptive symbols. Under the dialing disk there is a red button probably intended to contact the phone operator. Stuck to the back we can see another label with the inscription Tfg. 3-39.204 AUTOPHON.This wonderful vintage telephone will surely be the star of any home because of its lovely design, its ancient age and its discreet retro-style elegance.
