The ring that frames the glass front cap and the grooved crown are made of gilded silver, while the rest of the pieces are made of colorless silver. All the components and parts are in good condition and many bear hallmarks that testify for the origin, date and quality of the noble metal they are made of.The watchs white face bears the inscription ALEX WEDELIN GÖTEBORG printed in black lettering at the top. It is probably the name and location of the original distributor. The watchs caps bear several marks and inscriptions that tell us that it was manufactured by Omega. The face bears black Arab numbers and has copper filigree hand. There is a secondary hand too.The rear cap is hand-engraved and shows the typical central shield where the owner of the watch could engrave his or her initials. Inside we can see the brands mark, some hallmarks and the serial number 3779679. The dustcap is engraved with five medals and the inscription GRAND PRIX PARIS 1900. Inside it has the same serial number.
