The case back is adorned with a shield in its central part surrounded by ornamental plant elements. The shield is still blank, without engraving. The dial is in white enamel on convex copper, with details of tiny stars in golden enamel dotting it. It shows Arabic numerals in dark brown enamel and, for the smaller dials, the indications are in black enamel. The hands are Louis XVI style beautifully chrome-plated in gold.
