Antique Art Deco Solid Silver Pocket Watch. Switzerland, 1930s

Art deco style pocket watch, antique and very elegant. This is a contrasted solid silver Swiss watch, made for the German market in the 1930s. The watch works perfectly and retains all the charm of the pieces of the period, especially considering its beautiful engraved decoration. The silver case back bears a magnificent decoration formed by parallel lines arranged in different directions, articulated around a central triangle. The case is decorated with plant-inspired engraved borders. The dial is very striking: its light ochre-colored background is decorated with a checkered pattern arranged diagonally. It bears brown Arabic numerals, beautiful golden hands and the brand name, CHRONOMETER ARSA, printed in black letters. On the dust cover, also made of silver, we can see the medals obtained by the brand and the number of rubies of the machinery (17). Both covers have the serial number 106660 engraved on the inside, as well as the weight of the silver (0.800).
