Magnificent Zenith Radio H511- The Racetrack. 1950's. Working.

The Zenith H511, is known as The RACETRACK and has been one of the most successful designs of the brand, and appears in any book on collecting antique radios, among the models of the 50s.It is not often seen in Europe, as it is a North American model and in the occasions in which it is found the price is higher, due to shipping and import costs. It is in perfect working order, and has been restored as far as possible and necessary. The chassis is intact, free of corrosion, the speaker is perfect, the sound is clear and melodious, and the sensitivity thanks to its internal frame antenna is very good. Finally, it has been aligned and the tubes have been checked in a military tube tester TV7-D/U, and all of them are in a state of preservation still superior to the basic one, and it comes with complete technical information: schematic, adjustment instructions, components location, etc. As negative data (it also has them), to say that it has two small flaws in the bakelite little appreciable, and that are not even seen in the photos.
