Gorgeous Bettor record player made in Barcelona, Spain in the 1970s, in mint condition. The article is a Bettor Dual 1224 model and comes in its original packaging. It preserves the original seals and warranty, being in perfect condition and great working order. This singular device comes from the store of the Bettor factory and is one of the very few units that remain unboxed. It boasts a fully retro design, very attractive and functional. The record player has quadraphonic sound system with two-way speakers and preserves the original wiring in perfect condition. It can be used to play 33 and 45 RPM records. In the packaging, the record player and the instruction sheet we can see the brand name BETTOR printed in different places. This name corresponds to a company located in Parets del Valles, Barcelona, founded in 1956. The firm manufactured and commercialized different models of record players and components during the 60s and 70s. Their record players became very popular in Spain because of their great designs and wonderful performance. In the early 1980 the company went bankrupt and production ceased from then on, this lovely record player has been waiting to be recovered from the factory store. The record player is protected by the original plastic film and polystyrene foam pieces. It comes with the instruction and warranty sheets; all the printed material is perfectly preserved. At the front side of the record player we can see a series of knobs, pilot lights and equalizers that make it possible to adjust the sound.
