Precious Jewish Torah pointer decorated with an eagle, the imperial coat of arms and with an end in the form of an index finger. Manufactured in the Russia of the Imperial Czars at the end of the XVIII century, in the year 1798, in the finger that forms the end of the pointer, it shows a small faceted ruby as a ring and a jet in the handle. These types of pieces were and are used by Jews all over the world, as they avoid touching their sacred scriptures with their hands. The pointer weighs 70 grams and measures 33 cms long.
