Set of small solid silver salt and pepper shakers made in Birmingham, UK, in 1931, by the firm of C & S Ltd. It is presented in its beautiful original decorative box from the Sheffield firm of jewelers Talker and Hall, Ltd. which after opening its cover offers a nice display arrangement of the pieces it contains, which are offered resting on beige toned velvet. The box contains three containers and two teaspoons, all of them different: one of them is open, another is covered by a hinged lid and a third, the only one of vertical form, is closed by a perforated lid that allows the controlled passage of the contents. One of the spoons is oval in shape, while the other is rounded. The three containers exhibit contrasts of silversmithing that accredit their manufacture and provenance. The surface of the silver is shiny, well cared for and protected by the box that protects it, which, in turn, has a very good appearance, with very slight scratches that in no way detract from its contemplation.
